Creditors Controller

A detail-oriented 3 month contract opportunity within a regulated and quality-driven environment supporting end-to-end accounts payable processes and ensuring financial accuracy across local and international transactions.

• Manage the full accounts payable function end-to-end
• Process supplier invoices credit cards and travel expenses accurately and on time
• Perform monthly creditor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure all transactions are authorised compliant and correctly documented
• Prepare payment packs and ensure suppliers are paid within agreed timelines
• Handle foreign payments in line with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate accruals and ensure correct financial period allocation
• Conduct bank and GL reconciliations with no outstanding reconciling items
• Monitor and resolve age analysis items within required timelines
• Process journals and maintain supporting documentation
• Support month-end reporting and audit readiness
• Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required

• Matric / Grade 12
• Bookkeeping diploma or degree with accounting as a subject
• Minimum 2 years experience in a creditors or accounts payable role
• Strong reconciliation and numerical skills
• Experience with ERP systems SAP advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial systems
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Experience with banking processes and accounts administration
• Immediately available individuals only
