Role Overview

The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outbound sales efforts. This is apure sales role focused entirely on generating opportunities and closing deals related to speaking engagements hosting opportunities and event bookings.

The role requires a highly proactive commercially minded individual who thrives in high-volume outreach environments and is motivated by results. You will be responsible for identifying prospects initiating conversations and converting opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

  • Proactively generate new B2B opportunities through high-volume outreach (calls emails LinkedIn)

  • Conduct outbound prospecting with a target of up to 100 calls per day

  • Identify and engage decision-makers across relevant industries

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities

Bookings & Revenue Generation

  • Secure speaking engagements hosting opportunities and event bookings

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing

  • Clearly communicate value propositions and tailor pitches to client needs

  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and booking targets

Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for events

  • Develop strategic partnerships that drive additional revenue streams

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Track outreach activity pipeline progression and deal status

  • Provide proactive updates on performance pipeline health and opportunities

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity logs

Required Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience in B2B sales business development or outbound sales roles

  • Proven experience in high-volume outreach environments (cold calling prospecting)

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Highly proactive and results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the speaking events or bookings industry

  • Familiarity with speaker bureaus agents or event partnerships

  • Experience selling sponsorships or partnership opportunities

  • CRM experience and structured pipeline management
