INTERNAL SPA SALES & RESERVATIONS REPRESENTATIVE (Reception & Sales)

TOKAI Cape Town South (SOUTHERN SUBURBS) Western Cape (ZA)

REPORT TO: Assistant Spa Manager / Spa Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday Sunday
• Shifts: 08:00am - 17:00pm / 09:00am - 18:00pm
• Shifts rotate days off in the week / weekend
• Hospitality Sector - includes all major public Holidays

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R12240 Basic Salary per month - guaranteed
• Commission on KPIs achieved (8% - 12%)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)
2. DIPLOMA achieved Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology (essential as you need to understand the industry)
3. International accreditation from ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / CIDESCO
4. Based within Tokai or surrounding areas with reliable transport
5. Professionally groomed
6. Spa Booking Systems confident Microsoft Office (Word / Excel & Outlook) - we prefer ESP Nano
7. Prior employment focused on Sales and New Business Development
8. Spa Reception experience essential - speak Spa lingo and understand upselling and cross-selling
9. Prior experience working in a Hotel-Spa / Cruise Ship / Call-centre
10. Ability to perform a Spa Treatment when operationally required (whilst not commonly required you must be confident to assist if need be at the very least)
11. Knowledgeable on spa holistic wellness and trends around the world as our guests are multi nationals paying a premium to use our spa facilities
12. Professional English command - read speak and write
13. Excellent telephone etiquette
14. Friendly tone of voice - speak with a smile - make our guest feel like a VIP
15. Strong sales acumen
