Join JPMorganChases APAC Wholesale Lending Middle Office and play a key role in delivering accurate well-controlled credit facility management across diverse business lines.
As a Credit Administration Analyst in the APAC Wholesale Lending Middle Office you will support the end-to-end management of new and existing loan credit facilities ensuring accurate execution and compliance with credit policies. You will partner with credit teams and internal stakeholders to maintain strong data quality uphold a robust control environment and support credit monitoring across loan portfolios. You will manage exceptions track key performance indicators and contribute to projects that improve efficiency and strengthen how the team operates. This role provides broad exposure to loan products and the opportunity to build strong working relationships across the region.
Job responsibilities
- Manage new and existing loan credit facilities across multiple business lines ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Set up and maintain limits in credit and loan systems including iCRD and Loan IQ.
- Review credit proposals to ensure compliance with facility documentation and credit policy requirements.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with the credit team and key internal stakeholders.
- Maintain data quality and performance measures to meet client service standards.
- Monitor credit policy developments and escalate queries and exceptions to the appropriate parties.
- Own and resolve exceptions manage key performance indicators and support credit monitoring across loan portfolios.
- Uphold a strong control environment and follow best practices to prevent control breaches.
- Participate in team regional and global projects to drive efficiency and streamline loan administration processes.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in loans credit administration or a related middle office function.
- Basic understanding of loan products credit facilities and associated documentation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a control-oriented mindset.
- Ability to deliver accurate dependable support within tight timelines.
- Effective time management and planning skills with flexibility to take on new assignments in a changing environment.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Knowledge of the Loan IQ system.
- Experience reviewing and working with loan facility documentation.
- Experience contributing to efficiency and control improvement projects.
This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 12 months only; however subject to business needs the contract may be extended or end earlier than 12 months.
