Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking and Wealth Management Asset Management Global Private Banking Insurance and Chief OperatingOffice.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as anVP Wealth Center Support:

In this role you will need:

  • Drive consistent Wealth Centre operational efficiency and service standards through regular reviews of processes and standards
  • Monitor operational performance (e.g. queue management service turnaround times) via health checks/forums; identify productivity improvements.
  • Identify operational issues and emerging risks; escalate and support governance actions where needed ().
  • Design participate in and deliver local/Group/regulatory/industry projects (e.g. MAS ABS).
  • Implement initiatives to improve process effectiveness migrate transactions unlock service opportunities and reduce cost/inefficiency in wealth center operations.
  • Maintain control standards: support timely implementation/closure of audit actions and address regulatory issues.
  • Perform monthly GL reconciliation (Cadency) and coordinate branch surprise checks with Risk & Control.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to improve end-to-end delivery and customer experience; manage vendor performance vs SLAs and support iNPS/Mystery Shop outcomes.

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) with 35 years progressive branch / wealth center operations experience in a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of branch operations and end-to-end workflows; client-centric communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Strong ownership/accountability with sound judgement; able to make decisions under pressure and within short timeframes.
  • Structured problem-solving and critical thinking with strong analytical skills (turning data into actionable insights).
  • Commercial mindset and project management capability; able to deliver tangible benefits and build business cases/presentations.
  • Added advantage: cash management and retail/wealth product experience; able to lead relief staff to support continuity and performance.
