The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse including incoming put away pick/pack supervising staff documentation and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
- Leading warehouse assistants in daily operations.
- Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.
- Perform cycle count & investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Support warehouse tasks including SAP system transactions.
- Coordinate and collaborate within the team and with other departments.
Respond to order management and warehouse team to any changes related to all deliveries and warehouse operations.
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in warehouse operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office WMS/SAP experience is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work overtime if required.
- Possess a forklift license & able to operate reach truck/stacker.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
