What You Will Do
1. Identify user needs and growth opportunities through user feedback behavioral data market trends and major game launches.
2. Develop user growth strategies across acquisition engagement retention referral and monetization.
3. Explore and execute growth campaigns promotional mechanics referral programs and user incentives.
4. Grow global user communities monitor user sentiment and turn feedback into product and operational improvements.
5. Lead partnerships with game publishers platforms creators and other industry partners including co-marketing player benefits game launch campaigns and product integrations.
6. Collaborate with Product Engineering Marketing Business Development and Community teams to deliver evaluate and optimize growth initiatives.

Job Requirements
1. 3 years of experience in product operations growth operations game operations or a related field.
2. Strong user insight and market awareness with hands-on experience in growth strategies campaigns user incentives or community operations.
3. Strong ownership and execution skills with the ability to independently drive projects from idea to delivery.
4. Solid analytical communication project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
5. Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
