Support in Smooth Transfer of New Products and Packages
Support in smooth transfer of new products and packages from Technology/Subcon to HVM site.
Assist engineer to complete qualification of NPI products / packages build that proliferate from the pilot products and packages according to planned timeline
Assistengineer to execute NPI Customer samples and Engineering Samples build for new products and packages according to planned timeline
Support in Evaluating and Improving Assigned Assembly Processes Materials and/or Equipment
Identify investigate and document quality deviations
Troubleshoot deviations using systematic troubleshooting techniques
Ensure corrective action was taken to prevent reoccurrence of deviation
Troubleshoot process problems anddeterminethe best course of action
Support in Development/Improvement of ProcessEquipmentand/or Material
Assist Engineer in conducting experiments (DOE)
Assistin Implementation of New Process and Process Changes to Operation
Assist Engineer inmaintainingoperation procedures/specification
Familiarize with Assembly qualification procedures
Maintain knowledge of material attributes (shelf life storage requirements etc.)
Evaluate/Qualify New DeviceEquipmentand/or Material
Support new device FUT qualification builds
Support new equipment evaluation and qualification builds
Support new material (direct or indirect) evaluation and qualification builds
Coordinate Training Requirements and Conduct Training
Assistengineers to develop or coordinate development of training materials for existing/new process
Requirements
Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical / Materials Engineering preferred
Experience in backend engineering process or package development preferred
Excellent observationexecutionand collaboration with team member
Ability to make basic sound data-driven decisions. Prioritize and applydue-diligenceinday to daytask.
Keen interest in semiconductor engineering
Able to work on 12 hours shift
Willingness to learn and adopt AI-enabled manufacturing tools and digital platforms
