Job Summary
As an Technician Secondary Packaging you are tasked to ensure production meet Safety Quality and Output target and operate in compliance to all GMP/GDP requirements and HSE regulatory requirements at Tuas. In this role a typical day will include:
Responsibilities
- To provide operational support for productivity and product quality effectively and efficiently.
- To perform pack-size conversion and machine troubleshooting actively engage to production
- technical support to improve production OEE.
- Good coordination across the team.
- To ensure good 5S standard and HSE compliance in SP operation.
- To drive and participate on the recovery process of non-routine issues
- Push rolling carts weighing approximately 300kg.
- Transfer contact lenses magazines between carts.
- Manual movement of the pallets using pallet jack.
- Manual transfer of completed tray to trolley.
