Where is the work:

Responsibilities:

• Understand overall works schedule able to plan & deliver the details scope of works on timely.
• With basic ACMV & refrigerant handing experience able to lead a team of Engineers or Technicians to perform chiller overhaul & start up jobs for Trane chillers & other HVAC equipment
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers and related equipment
• Could be assigned to lead a team for HVAC equipment troubleshooting works
• Works with team collect related information & prepare reports for managements review
• Liaising with customers to resolve site technical cases
• Coordination with vendors and contractors in job coordination
• Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards
• Able to assess team member performance and recommend rewards and punishments as per attitude skills and performance.
• Any other duties as deemed necessary from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Electrical Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in Chiller Systems/ Air-conditioning or 3 years of project handing experience.
• Positive attitude & team bonding skill
• Good computer skills able to use Microsoft works excel PPT etc
• Hold SG Class 3 driver license
