Supply Chain Specialist

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our Singapore team responsible for end-to-end supply chain coordination across purchasing inventory planning order fulfillment and logistics. This role ensures product availability operational accuracy and timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional and regional stakeholders. The position also supports continuous improvement reporting and process optimization initiatives.

What Will You Do

• Manage purchasing activities for equipment consumables spare parts and approved third-party items
• Monitor stock levels demand patterns and replenishment to ensure product availability and inventory health
• Support forecasting and monthly supply planning processes aligned with business requirements
• Coordinate with regional hubs global suppliers and local vendors to ensure timely supply and issue resolution
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment for local deliveries ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Track open orders manage delivery schedules and communicate status and recovery actions to stakeholders
• Collaborate with logistics partners and transport providers to ensure reliable execution
• Coordinate inbound shipments including freight handling customs clearance and documentation
• Maintain inventory accuracy through tracking reconciliation and control of stock movements
• Support cross-functional operations reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Who You Are

• Diploma or higher qualification; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain logistics order management or inventory operations
• Experience in purchasing supply planning freight handling and cross-functional coordination preferred
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems; Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and manage multiple priorities
• Solid understanding of procurement inventory control and logistics processes
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Power BI
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions
• Fluent in written and spoken English
