Studio Assistant
Job Summary
Perkins&Will is seeking a Studio Assistant for our Singapore office. The successful candidate will support the studios marketing and business development efforts through a broad range of coordination and administrative activities. Key responsibilities include preparing proposal submissions qualification packages and other marketing materials as well as providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive resourceful and detail-oriented with strong graphic design writing communication and interpersonal skills. The role primarily supports opportunities across Asia with occasional involvement in projects in other regions.
Common and Baseline Responsibilities
- Prepares and coordinates proposals qualification packages and presentations for prospective clients.
- Schedules and tracks production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines and assisting in production efforts.
- Drafts edits organizes and proofs various marketing collateral including proposal content project sheets resumes award submittals brochures media relations pieces and interview content to ensure content is comprehensive competitive and client-specific as well as in accordance with the Perkins&Will brand standards.
- Research clients market trends and background information to contribute to fully understanding the local competitive landscape.
- Supporting media-related efforts: preparing media packages developing and updating website content and developing and distributing direct mail campaigns;
- Participates in coordinating events public relations efforts advertisements content for speaking engagements and award submittals.
- Keeps open and clear communication.
- Uses a creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized timely and consistent way.
- Self-checks work for accuracy omissions and legibility.
- Support day-to-day studio coordination to ensure smooth workflow including managing vendors for repairs maintenance and supply orders as well as assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provides support to the Office Manager or Talent Manager for special projects as needed.

- Have a post-secondary education in marketing communications graphic design journalism public relations or relevant field
- Bring 3 years of directly relevant marketing and communications experience ideally in anArchitecture/Engineering/Construction industry
- Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
