What You Will Do

• Inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy quality and compliance with airworthiness certificates purchase/repair orders.
• Identify document and raise Discrepancy Report for any defects damages or quality issues. Ensuring all accompanying documents are collated and compliant to statutory clients internal regulations.
• Perform necessary transactions in SAP as required.
• Maintain documentation records for audit traceability and reporting purposes.
• Monitor shelf life expiration dates of engine spares.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs aviation safety and quality standards.
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment.
• To carry out other duties as assigned.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.
• Willing to support overtime during weekends and afternoon shifts.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Aviation Logistics Supply Chain or a related field. Conversant with MS Applications (Excel Word Outlook etc)
• Proficient in MS Applications (Excel Word Outlook etc) SAP or relevant warehouse management systems.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Prior experience in aviation warehousing or quality inspection is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good problem solving skills
• Effective communication and strong teamwork abilities
