Store Design & Planning Project Manager

• In charge of liaising with landlords architects contractors on maintenance and renovation for all boutique projects in the region
• Managing stakeholders by preparing monthly reports to keep track of the status of various projects and condition of boutiques
• Coordinate with all internal cross-functional partners (Operations Security IT etc.) to validate all project timelines are aligned and team requirements and standards are incorporated into the project plan

Qualifications :

• Degree holder in Architecture is preferred degree holder in Interior Design or equivalent would also be considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience involving in retail store interior design project management; Experience in fashion jewellery FMCG F&B brands or equivalent will be considered
• In house experience in retail brands is a must
