Position Summary:
Responsible for the managementof the IlluminaLaboratory Services(ILS)Quality Assuranceactivitiesand teamforthe Singaporesite.
Responsibilities:
Act as the clinical quality system manager for ILS-SG.Ensure the Quality Systems areestablished implemented andmaintainedin compliance with allappropriatequalitystandardsand regulations
Promote the awareness of users needs and requirements throughout ILS-SG.
Lead reporting to ILS-SGLeadership on the performance of the QMSand any necessary improvementsincluding preparing and hosting Management Reviews
Buildsand leadsa team of QualityAssurance StaffforILSQMS&Complianceactivitiesin Singapore.
Makesrecommendations onresource needs andfacilitateprocurement of resources resolution of resource conflicts and business justifications and/or trade-offs related to resourceutilization.
Grows talent within the organization by leading employee development initiatives.
Participates in the definition of area goals and drives teams to deliver on goals.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives to advance quality processes and capabilities.
Identifymaintainand communicate performance metrics for the QMS.
Co-ordinate and host QMS assessments by external bodies. Planactionsfor any improvementsto address the outcome of these assessments.
Work with ILS Leadership to resolve complaints develop correctiveactionsandmonitorthe effectiveness of resolutions.
Work with global ILS quality managementtoexchange best practices and co-ordinateimprovementto quality processesand team development.
Responsible forexhibitingprofessionalbehaviourwith both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the companys policies and practices.

Requirements:
Experience in quality assurance inlaboratory servicesor related standards(ISO15189 ISO17025 ISO13485)and/orHCSA licensing.
Extremelystrong communication interpersonalskillsand customer focus.
Strong leadership skills withdemonstratedability to effectively work across teams and functions.
Experience in implementing andleveragingmetrics.
Adaptable to fast-paced dynamic work environment and shifting demands.
Considerable experiencein managing people/resources effectively toaccomplishestablished goals.
Proven capacity to effectively manage and escalate risk.
Must beopen-mindedcollaborativeand able to work in a non-hierarchicalmatrix organization.
Must be able to look atprocesses atahigh levelas well as zoom in on a detailed level.
Project management skillspreferred.
