Sr Business Systems Analyst-Finance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst Finance to serve as a strategic partner between Finance Technology and business stakeholders. This role requires a strong combination of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion techno-functional expertise excellent communication and documentation skills and the ability to lead initiatives from discovery and solution design through implementation and post-production support.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator trusted business partner and hands-on problem solver who can translate business needs into technology solutions lead projects end-to-end and provide ongoing operational support while driving continuous improvement across Finance systems and processes globally.

JOB DUTIES & FUNCTIONS

• Partner with Finance Accounting Treasury FP&A Audit and Technology teams to understand business requirements and define solutions.
• Serve as the techno-functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
• Lead requirements gathering fit-gap analysis process design and solution recommendations.
• Create business requirements functional specifications technical requirements process flows test plans and training materials.
• Drive projects from discovery design development testing and deployment through post-production support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead SIT UAT defect management cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Provide production support troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and manage enhancement requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement automation and system optimization.
• Communicate project status risks and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Desire to learn new systems and research new functionality independently

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 8 years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting Finance systems.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Proven experience leading projects from design through deployment and support.
• Ability to perform data analysis and write SQL queries.
• Excellent verbal written presentation and documentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting FP&A budgeting forecasting and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with global Finance organizations and multi-country operations.
