Solution Consultant

Our client is a well-established listed industrial solutions company in Singapore with a strong presence in the building materials and infrastructure sector. As part of their ongoing digital transformation journey they are looking for a Solution Consultant to join their team and help drive operational excellence across the business.

As a Solution Consultant youll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges translate them into practical solutions and support their implementation from end to end from requirements gathering through to user training and go-live.

• Analyse clients business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather analyse and document business challenges pain points and requirements in detail
• Develop and recommend operational improvements and process optimisation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agreed changes
• Prepare user guides conduct training and support testing activities
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
• Maintain clear organised project documentation

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Analytics or a related field
• Experience in business analytics or consulting is advantageous but not required fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Exposure to real-world digital transformation projects in a traditional stable industry
