Main purpose of the role:

• Support a large-scale internal restructuring transaction including asset and liability transfers across multiple business units

• Work closely with project leads on key legal workstreams (due diligence repapering and coordination of advice)

• Conduct and coordinate due diligence across divisions including preparing trackers analysing findings and supporting reporting

• Assist with contract repapering including reviewing updating and coordinating execution of client and vendor agreements

• Help manage multi-jurisdictional input including coordinating with external counsel and tracking foreign law advice

• Provide general legal and project support working with internal stakeholders across legal compliance finance and business teams

Person specification:

• 27 PQE qualified lawyer with strong transactional experience

• Experience in multi-jurisdictional deals and coordinating external counsel

• Highly organised with strong project management skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

• Proactive collaborative and solutions-oriented

• Financial services background preferred; AI tools exposure a plus
