Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering digital transformation projects including two successful ServiceNow CSM or SPM implementations.
- Strong ServiceNow functional expertise spanning configuration workflows integrations automation and enterprise SaaS solution delivery.
- Proven experience facilitating stakeholders gathering requirements influencing decisions and driving complex transformation programmes successfully.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture agile methodologies product delivery models and emerging technologies including AI tools.
- Candidates must have CSM or SPM experience; ITSM-only profiles and notice periods beyond two months will not be considered.
