About the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for technical quantification of claims and hands-on support to project-based QS staff. The role transforms site data into robust financial submissions to protect the companys legal entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and detailed cost variations
• Coordinate with site teams to gather photographic evidence and site logs for EOT and Loss & Expense claims
• Provide technical guidance and support to project-based QS staff on measurement standards and claim procedures
• Support monitoring of project budgets and early identification of cost variances
• Assist in preparing commercial reports and financial updates for senior management

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Engineering or related field
• 510 years experience preferably on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects
• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts used in Singapore (PSSCOC SIA)
• Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills; strong analytical ability
• Familiarity with ERP/PM systems (e.g. ACC) and Microsoft Office Suite
