Senior Project Specialist, Operations

Support operational readiness scalability and continuous improvement through project coordination data analytics process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage NPI system implementation and continuous improvement projects to support operational excellence and business growth.
• Lead special projects process design and deployment (PDD/DPD) initiatives and operational transformation programmes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive project execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and performance trackers to support project governance and decision-making.
• Support customer engagement activities governance meetings and business reviews through timely reporting and project updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement automation and digitalisation to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Logistics Engineering Business Information Systems Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 3 years experience in project management operations excellence continuous improvement business analytics or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard development tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with PowerApps Power Automate SharePoint VBA SQL or other automation and reporting tools will be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management communication and project coordination skills.
