As a Senior Human Resources Executive we rely on you to:

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations talent requisition employee engagement payroll and HR compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned departments.
• Provide advice on HR policies procedures and employment-related matters.
• Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll documentation/records.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act Tripartite Guidelines MOM regulations and company policies.
• Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with work pass applications renewals and government reporting where applicable.
• Organise employee engagement activities recognition programmes and wellness initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Min. 4-6 years of progressive HR experience preferably in hospitality or service industry.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act MOM regulations and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment employee relations payroll and HR operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
