Senior Full Stack Engineer

Were hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work one of our wealth management products used daily by professional wealth managers.

This is a frontend-focused full-stack role with high ownership and high impact working in a lean team. Most of your time will be spent building rich responsive interfaces in Vue 3 but youll regularly go deeper: building APIs extending backend services tracing an issue from what the client sees on screen down to the database. You own issues end-to-end.

Strong frontend experience is required. Vue 3 is a nice-to-have rather than mandatory solid experience with a modern component framework (React or Angular) is enough and youll pick up Vue 3 on the job. Solid backend fundamentals (Java or similar) are expected deep backend expertise or interests in DevOps is a plus. 

What youll work on

• Frontend features in Vue stack mainly:
  • Vue 3
  • Vite
  • Ant Design Vue
  • Tailwind CSS
  • vue-i18n
• Building new backend APIs and backend services (Java/Kotlin Spring Boot)
• Authentication and security flows (Keycloak JWT)
• CI/CD pipelines and release preparation
• Establish a unified deployment strategy across different runtimes (On-Premise Private Cloud)

Qualifications :

• Senior engineer comfortable owning frontend and backend in production able to work independently with limited input
• Strong product sense you care about UX polish and what the user actually experiences
• Pragmatic curious responsible - you go where the problem is dig deep and own it you dont just clear tickets
• Highly creative problem solver - you constantly ask why and work around constraints to deliver outside-the-box solutions
• Adaptable to changing conditions
• Team player able to collaborate effectively with product and design teams
