The Senior Finance Program/Project Manager leads complex cross-functional Finance transformation initiatives that modernize Finance processes systems and ways of working. This role is accountable for driving end-to-end program delivery and for process-driven initiatives that improve efficiency quality scalability and adoption.

The ideal candidate brings strong program and project management discipline a transformation mindset and the ability to partner effectively with Finance leadership IT and functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in a highly complex environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic Finance transformation programs and end-to-end project delivery from definition through execution adoption and value realization.

• Partner with executive sponsors and Finance leadership to define scope success metrics timelines resourcing and governance.
• Apply structured program and project management practices to plan execute monitor and de-risk multi-phase initiatives.
• Proactively identify assess and mitigate risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Lead process initiatives embedded within programs including defining scope success measures and improvement opportunities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track delivery progress process performance andbusiness impact.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams and vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Facilitate cross-functional process reviews and improvement efforts to reduce pain points.
• Drive change management activities including communication training UAT coordinationand operational readiness.
• Communicate status risks dependencies and outcomes clearly to senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10 years of experience in financetransformation program/project management or processdriven initiatives
• Proven track record leading large crossfunctional programs with measurable results
• Experience leading initiatives that include process improvement and operational change
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (Green Belt considered with strong leadership experience)
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience with Finance systems and AI platforms
• Strong ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a matrixed organization
