What You Will Do

• Support implementation and compliance of Quality Management System requirements.

• Execute and support Quality Operations programs monitoring key quality metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Promote quality awareness and procedural compliance within operations.

• Provide independent quality oversight during engine assembly build and test activities.

• Support internal customer and regulatory audits as required.

• Lead or support investigation of non-conformances quality escapes and operational quality events.

• Support quality improvement and error-prevention initiatives.

• Provide quality coaching and guidance to operational personnel.

• Support quality awareness and human performance improvement programs.

• Perform other quality-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Degree in Engineering Aerospace Mechanical Quality Management or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace MRO aviation maintenance manufacturing quality or related regulated industry.

• Experience in quality assurance inspection surveillance or engine maintenance operations preferred.

• Knowledge of aviation regulations quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.

• Highly motivated with a strong drive for success.

• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
