Role Summary:

We are seeking a commercially minded and execution-focused AI business partner to drive AI-enabled transformation productivity and value realization across Cyber and Corporate Functions.

Reporting to the Chief AIDA Officer this role serves as the dedicated AI business partner for Corporate Functions partnering closely with Cyber Security IT Finance HR Legal Procurement Risk and other enabling functions to identify prioritize and deliver AI initiatives that create measurable business value.

The incumbent will work with functional leaders to translate AI GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities into practical business solutions that improve productivity employee experience operational effectiveness governance and risk management. The role is accountable for shaping business demand developing AI business cases orchestrating delivery and ensuring adoption and value realization across Corporate Functions.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI value creationfrom opportunity identification and business case development through implementation adoption and benefits realization. The role will also champion AI-native process redesign helping functions simplify workflows automate manual activities and embed AI into day-to-day operations.

The incumbent should possess strong business partnering capabilities transformation experience and sufficient executive presence to influence senior functional leaders. Success will be measured by the ability to deliver measurable productivity improvements cost optimization operational efficiency employee experience improvements and risk reduction through AI.

How You will Make An Impact:

Business Partnership & Strategic Engagement

• Serve as the dedicated AI business partner to Cyber and Corporate Function leaders.
• Partner with functional stakeholders to shape AI roadmaps aligned with business priorities productivity objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and translate functional priorities into scalable AI opportunities.
• Coordinate delivery across AIDA IT Data and Cyber to ensure successful execution.

Use Case Origination & Portfolio Prioritisation

• Identify assess and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across Cyber and Corporate Functions.
• Develop business cases value hypotheses and implementation roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Prioritize initiatives based on productivity gains cost optimization employee experience operational effectiveness risk reduction and implementation feasibility.
• Monitor delivery progress and continuously optimise the portfolio towards higher-value outcomes.

Business Transformation & Process Re-imagination

• Partner with business leaders to redesign functional processes using AI automation and agentic workflows.
• Challenge legacy operating models and identify opportunities to simplify standardize and automate manual activities.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled operating models that improve speed quality compliance and employee productivity.
• Translate future-state operating models into executable transformation roadmaps.

AI Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Oversee performance of deployed AI solutions and ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
• Define performance metrics and governance mechanisms to monitor effectiveness adoption and return on investment.
• Establish continuous improvement processes to optimize AI performance over time.

Innovation & Capability Development

• Identify new opportunities to leverage AI GenAI and Agentic AI across Cyber and Corporate Functions.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical use cases that improve operational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate pilot and scale innovative AI solutions.
• Promote reuse of enterprise AI capabilities AI-ready data products and shared platforms across functions

Change Leadership & Adoption

• Champion AI adoption and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Drive organizational readiness capability building and change management efforts.
• Partner with business leaders to embed AI into day-to-day operations and decision-making

Governance & Risk Management

• Ensure AI initiatives are delivered responsibly and in accordance with governance security privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain oversight of risks dependencies and delivery performance across the AI portfolio.
• Establish governance forums and operating rhythms to support effective decision-making and execution.

Lead HR recoding and workforce transformation initiatives previously supported by external consultants and Corporate teams while expanding commercialization opportunities with NCS and direct-to-market solutions.

Skills for Success:

• Advanced degree in Business Data Science Engineering or related discipline preferred
• A senior AI and business transformation leader with strong experience in Senior business transformation AI digital or corporate change leader with strong experience in roles such as business transformation lead AI product/program leader enterprise digital lead strategy/transformation principal or functional AI business partner.
• Experience partnering with senior functional leaders in a large telecom technology digital SaaS cloud or regulated enterprise environment with the credibility to influence priorities challenge assumptions and align stakeholders across multiple support and enabling functions.
• Deep AI/ML GenAI and Agentic AI knowledge including enterprise use cases limitations governance scaling patterns production performance improvement digital twin and Physical AI opportunities.
• Experience in business case development portfolio prioritization transformation execution and cross-functional delivery across business IT Cyber Data platform and vendor teams
• Experience driving process improvement operating model redesign automation or digital transformation initiatives with measurable productivity efficiency control or employee experience outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Functions and enabling environments including areas such as Cyber Security IT Finance HR Legal Procurement and Risk.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML GenAI agentic AI automation and advanced analytics across use-case framing business translation delivery coordination deployment considerations and responsible AI controls.
• Business case development and value management skills including value hypothesis formulation KPI design benefit tracking productivity measurement and business outcome reporting.
• Process redesign and transformation skills including workflow simplification automation opportunity assessment and future-state operating model design.
• Ability to work across the end-to-end AI delivery environment including business demand shaping data dependencies platform capabilities IT architecture cyber/security and governance requirements.
• Strong program and portfolio coordination skills to manage interdependencies risks sequencing and stakeholder alignment across multiple initiatives.
• Commercial case-building and ROI/value-management skills including benefit baselining KPI design portfolio value tracking pricing/margin impact and financial-impact reporting.
• Ability to navigate the end-to-end AI delivery stack: AI capabilities AI-ready data products central AI platform/kitchen agent operations IT architecture cyber/security and data governance.
• AI product innovation and commercialization including Kairos Agentic Care pricing optimization Digital Twin Physical AI RFP Responder Sales Coach Account Review and Top 1000 Account Insight.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with senior functional stakeholders.
• Decisive trade-off and prioritization capability; able to crash critical paths simplify complexity sharpen focus and make clear calls under ambiguity.
• Strong ecosystem orchestration across AIDA IT Cyber Data business product pricing legal/compliance vendors partners channels and customer-facing teams.
• Change leadership to drive radical process re-imagination with sales account care pricing process owners risk/control owners and workforce stakeholders while maintaining executive alignment.
• Understanding of Corporate Functions operating models and value levers including productivity improvement process efficiency employee experience control effectiveness governance and risk reduction; awareness of AI opportunities in enabling functions such as service support workflow automation knowledge assistance process simplification analytics and decision support; familiarity with enterprise AI governance cyber/security privacy regulatory and data management requirements in a large corporate environment.
