Senior Associate, Distribution Training

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as aSenior Associate Distribution Training.

In this role you will need:

• Support Senior Trainers in designing developing and delivering training solutions for the sales force.
• Focus on basic training on the sales advisory process and system regulatory requirements (specifically Fair Dealing Guidelines and Culture & Conduct) sales skills and technical knowledge (underwriting claims etc.)
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new reps by working with external vendors to provide the necessary CMFAS tutorials to help them pass their industry exams.
• Support channel engagement initiatives to drive change such as the adoption of new processes new company/industry guidelines and requirements etc.
• Monitoring and reporting on post-training outcomes
• Payment of service rendered by external training vendors
• Working with the Competency Standards team to ensure mandatory training is conducted tracked and documented according to standard operating procedures.

To be successful you will need:

• Demonstrated sales experience within the financial planning sector supported by relevant industry certifications (i.e. M5 M9 M9A HI M8 M8A)
• Proven experience in delivering distribution-focused training programmes
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with stakeholders
