Senior Admin Executive

The incumbent is responsible for the offices administrative activities. This role contributes to the goal of effective office management and ensuring smooth office operations.

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Administrative support for the airfreight warehouse and office operations.
Develop maintain and improve administrative processes and procedures.
Ensure effective records management and filing systems.
Ensure adherence to company policies industry regulations and statutory requirements.
Oversee admin and office related contracts third-party vendor agreements and tenancy agreements.
Tracks and keep maintenance contracts up to date.
Support in admin projects such as office renovation set up and re-instatement activities.
Maintain inventory records of office assets and items.
Manage all repairs and maintenance work
Responsible for corporate travel arrangements and administration.
Acts as a centralized procurement for applicable office items. Including obtaining quotations and processing purchase orders.
Acts as a point of contact for tenants/contractors.
Facilitates facility/property management and liaise with building management on facility related matters.
Monitor performance of contractors and vendors under the incumbents care.
Handle scheduling appointments meetings and calendar coordination.
Manage office supplies.
Handle incoming calls emails and general correspondence.

Requirements
