What You Will Do

• Lead and oversee the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes with the shared service provider to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements management reports board materials and oversee intercompany transactions capital projects GST reporting treasury and statutory financial reporting.
• Monitor accounts receivable perform sales reconciliations analyze aged balances and drive timely cash collection through root cause analysis.
• Strengthen financial controls by supporting internal and external audits Sarbanes-Oxley compliance process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve financial performance support budgeting and special projects and drive the companys digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting with strong exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience in financial reporting reconciliations auditing GST reporting and intercompany accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP/S4HANA Microsoft Excel and financial reporting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of accounting standards and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
