Sales and Operations Manager

• Improve processes and implement KPIs for cycle time cost-to-serve and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth through pipeline management pricing discipline and accurate forecasting.
• Lead S&OP reviews to align revenue growth with operational optimization
• Manage and develop a cross-functional team fostering collaboration between Sales and Operations.
• Ensure effective use of systems and maintain data accuracy.
• Execute continuous improvement projects and support strategic initiatives.

• 710 years in B2B Sales in Marine Industry with proven sales results
• People management experience
• Strong commercial acumen and process improvement skills
• Knack for operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Maritime and logistics experience is a must
