We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Restaurant Manager in Singapore. Our client is a reputed organization in the Hospitality / Restaurant sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Manage end-to-end restaurant operations independently.
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff on a daily basis.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality hygiene and service standards.
- Handle staff scheduling attendance and performance management.
- Oversee inventory stock control and vendor coordination.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures.
- Restaurant Operations Management Ability to oversee complete restaurant functions.
- Staff Supervision Experience leading and managing restaurant teams.
- Customer Service Excellence Ensuring superior guest experiences.
- Daily Operations Management Smooth execution of daily restaurant activities.
- Problem Solving Ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
- Hospitality management certification.
- Multi-outlet restaurant management exposure.
- Knowledge of inventory and cost-control systems.
Candidates must possess proven restaurant management experience with a strong understanding of restaurant operations customer service and staff supervision. Typical experience range for this role is 48 years in restaurant or hospitality management environments.
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management Hotel Management Business Administration or related field (Typical)
- Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Hospitality Management
- Additional: Food Safety / Hospitality Certifications
Required Skills:
Guest Handling & Customer Service Front Office Operations Communication Skills (English & Tamil) Problem Solving & Service Recovery Attention to Detail Multitasking & Coordination Basic Computer Knowledge (PMS systems preferred)
Required Education:
