Senior Regional (TASK) Sales Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior Regional (TASK) Sales Operations Analyst who will be responsible in managing the regional teams sales analysis forecast and operations data. Working directly with sales leaders and sales operations colleagues you will develop and manage projects monitor sales trends analyze sales data problem solve and suggest improvements on system efficiencies within the Sales Operations team.

This position reports to the Regional General Manager and this position is part of the Commercial team based in either Singapore Korea or Hong Kong working on-site.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Work closely with stakeholders to turn business problems into analytical projects--perform analytical deep-dives to identify problems opportunities and actions required thru data mining and leverage on existing dashboard

• Identify opportunities to develop forecasts predictive and statistical models segmentation schemes and data-driven analyses to enhance productivity

• Actively involved in forecasting revenue from backlog & expected order review pipeline management thru ads data. Report to management the weekly monthly and quarterly estimation PO Booking and Revenue Booking vs the forecast stock allocation Estimated Shipping Dates etc

• Maintain KPI Bowlers CRM system for data integrity Pricebook & CPQ quotation system at SFDC

• Work closely with cross-functions teams to ensure accurate data is available

The essential requirements for the job include:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience

• At least 1 year of regional experience

• Strong MS Excel skills

• Knowledge in Power BI or similar data visualization tool

• Good command in written and spoken English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in a commercial team within the science field

• An MNC work environment
