Regional Brand & Communications Intern

Summary

To provide operational and project support across the Brand Communications & Sustainability team contributing to regional communications branding employee engagement and corporate events while gaining broad exposure to corporate communications within a multinational organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of external and internal communications campaigns including select employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of regional events leadership visits town halls and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Draft edit and proofread internal communications newsletter articles intranet content and event communications.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare media monitoring reports and communications summaries.
• Assist with content production work for corporate social media channels including copywriting content scheduling and visual coordination.
• Coordinate photography videography and creative production with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Support brand governance by maintaining templates marketing communications collateral and digital assets.
• Assist with social impact/ volunteering communications where required.
• Provide general project coordination and operational support across the BCS portfolio during periods of peak workload.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in Communications Public Relations Marketing Journalism Business or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines.
• Proactive resourceful and willing to learn.
