• Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs

• Assist the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets:

  • Shoot and measure merchandise

  • Edit and upload products

  • Order fulfilment

  • Warehouse management

• Work closely with MY E-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly

• Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams

Qualifications :

• Diploma/degree in the related field

• Good command of English

• Skilled in Microsoft Office - especially excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal

• Detail oriented organised and has good time management

• Able to work independently and display strong initiatives

• Available to commit to full-time work for 6 - 7 months from Dec 2026 or Jan 2027
