Job Summary
Analyse category listing and transaction data across our regional markets to identify where growth is coming from diagnose whether a category needs more supply or more demand and recommend where the team should focus next
Own weekly and monthly dashboard reviews for Recommerce pillars and evaluate completed campaigns and experiments post-launch to recommend what we repeat kill or automate
Support pricing fee and rebate work: model take-rate promotions forecast outcomes track actuals and run competitor and market research on payments and delivery in our markets
Develop manage and execute Regional Go-to-market (GTM) programs in collaboration with local and regional teams for existing and new features
Leverage AI tools to synthesize cross-functional data craft compelling GTM messaging automate operational processes and streamline performance reporting
Execute promotional campaigns for regional recommerce markets across in-app and outbound channels including audience definition copy setup testing and scheduling; write creative briefs and run user surveys to support them
Own the delivery partner cost cycle end-to-end for the region: reconcile carrier invoices against our transaction data update shipping cost and revenue resolve discrepancies and see invoices through to payment
Own promo code operations and act as the day-to-day coordination point for 1P and merchant partners supporting listing uploads order and refund queries and monthly performance updates
Update and maintain the marketing calendars in coordination with both internal and external stakeholders
Work with cross-functional partners internally to drive alignment including Business Category Marketing Design Product Trust Finance and Engineering
Qualifications :
*This is a full-time 6-month internship starting Jan 2027
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
Ability to understand and generate insights and recommendations from large datasets
Comfortable with numbers and a keen eye for detail
Familiarity in Google Suite applications particularly Sheets Docs and Slides
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English fluency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is preferred
Proficiency in using Generative AI to assist in trend analysis and strategic brainstorming
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively to solve problems within operating constraints
Multi-tasker with strong project management capability able to balance recurring commitments against ad-hoc requests
Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and can manage working with multiple stakeholders across different functions
Keen interest in Carousell and how secondhand marketplaces operate
Available to commit to full-time work for 6 months
