Enersense Engineering is now looking for a Project Planner for a permanent role to work for our client in this position you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget. You are responsible for creating detailed project schedules coordinating with stakeholders and providing critical insights to support decision-making.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Define project scope milestones deliverables and timelines in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders
Identify critical path activities and potential risks to ensure timely project completion
Track and update project schedules to reflect actual progress
Analyze project performance metrics such as earned value to identify variances and recommend corrective actions
Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for project stakeholders
Work closely with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to align schedules and resolve conflicts
Conduct risk assessments related to project timelines and recommend mitigation strategies
Evaluate the impact of delays or changes on the overall project schedule and budget
Ensure schedules comply with contractual requirements and industry standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all planning and scheduling activities
Requirements:
. or . degree in Engineering BBA or equivalent education with strong background of project management control and planning
Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Primavera P6)
In-depth understanding of project management principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
English skills
