Project Manager (IT Public Sector)

• Direct daily operations and vendor performance for mission-critical systems supporting multiple government eServices
  
• Formulate and monitor project budgets service requests and cost tracking
  
• Supervise audit cycles compliance checks and security remediation efforts
  
• Administer cloud infrastructure and hosting environments (AWS/GCC)
  
• Hold vendors accountable for the timely quality delivery of system change requests
  
• Safeguard uninterrupted service availability for internet-facing platforms outside scheduled maintenance windows
  
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules resourcing plans and delivery roadmaps
  
• Steer cross-functional project teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  
• Identify project risks early and drive mitigation and issue-resolution strategies
  
• Chair project governance sessions and compile status updates and dashboards for leadership
  

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology Computer Science Project Management or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
  
• At least 5 years of project management experience ideally within government or public sector environments managing critical systems
  
• Working knowledge of government IT policy frameworks (e.g. IM8) cloud infrastructure management (AWS/GCC) authentication gateway integration (e.g. Active Directory Singpass/Corppass) and payment gateway solutions; PMP CITPM or equivalent certification is an advantage
  
• Strong stakeholder management vendor oversight and communication capabilities paired with sound analytical judgement and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-stakes environment
