About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our project delivery team. As a Project Analyst you will work closely with Project Managers Business Analysts Functional Consultants Migration Consultants and Technical teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple project workstreams while supporting project planning implementation testing documentation and delivery activities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support project teams throughout the full project lifecycle from project initiation to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Assist in project planning scheduling status tracking risk monitoring and progress reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation meeting minutes action logs project reports and other project deliverables.
• Gather document and organize business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with functional migration interface and technical teams to ensure project activities are delivered on schedule.
• Support solution validation activities and participate in system walkthroughs and project discussions.
• Prepare test scenarios execute functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) document test results and follow up on issue resolution.
• Track project issues risks change requests and action items to ensure timely closure.
• Support the preparation of training materials user onboarding documentation and operational guides.
• Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams customers and external stakeholders.
• Gain hands-on exposure across different project workstreams including functional analysis testing migration interfaces and project management while supporting day-to-day project delivery.
• Perform other project-related tasks and administrative activities as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration Project Management or related fields.
• 0-3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Confluence Trello) will be an advantage.
• Experience working with IT teams and understanding technical concepts is a plus.
