Role Purpose
Join our Education team in Singapore and play a key role in delivering impactful education programmes that strengthen UKSingapore partnerships. You will provide operational financial and administrative support across a diverse portfolio of global and client-funded programmes ensuring projects are delivered efficiently compliantly and with measurable impact.
Role Accountabilities
Programme Delivery
- Coordinate the delivery of education projects events workshops and training programmes.
- Manage programme administration procurement grants processes and documentation.
- Support monitoring reporting data collection and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure compliance with British Council policies governance and audit requirements.
Financial & Operational Support
- Monitor project budgets forecasts and expenditure.
- Process purchase orders invoices and vendor payments in line with financial procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial and programme records.
Stakeholder Management
- Build effective relationships with partners vendors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate suppliers and ensure timely delivery of contracted services.
- Support collaboration across internal teams and external delivery partners.

Experience
Essential
- Strong administrative and financial coordination skills.
- Experience supporting programme or project delivery
- Experience managing procurement vendor payments and financial records.
- Good understanding of monitoring evaluation and project reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
- Experience using procurement or finance systems such as SAP.
- Excellent organisational communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience managing social media content.
- Knowledge of the higher education sector in Singapore and/or the UK.
Education
- Degree or Diploma (or equivalent professional experience).
Language
- Excellent written and spoken English.
