Program Manager, APAC Data Center Supply Solutions

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Youll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Key job responsibilities
Analytics; establish baseline metrics and analytics collaborate with DCSS team members and leadership team to track and report all key performance indicators against annual quarterly and monthly goals. Establish and maintain dashboards reports and executive review documents that will drive business outcomes
Monitor existing KPI metrics developing new metrics identity correlations and root causes
Design and build visualization dashboards to accelerate information-to-action at scale
Performing regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting of data/metrics
Support quarterly annual planning activities
Develop programs methodologies and reports for analyzing and presenting data

- Bachelors degree in BI finance engineering statistics computer science mathematics finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience with MS Office Professional Suite including intermediate knowledge of Excel to manipulate and analyze data

- Experience writing business requirements documents functional specifications and use cases
- Experience in written and oral communication including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical business executive)
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
