Job Description:
Product Development:
Support and manage the development of Companys products from concept to launch including product research supplier sourcing sampling costing specifications quality checks and production timelines
Product Merchandising:
Analyse sales margins sell-through and inventory performance to help determine the right product assortment quantities reorders markdowns and discontinuations across retail and e-commerce
Consignment & Brand Curation:
Source evaluate and manage consignment brands and products that complement Companys assortment. Ensure each product is commercially viable relevant to our customers and aligned with the Company brand
Supplier & Vendor Management:
Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors negotiate pricing and commercial terms and ensure product quality costs and delivery timelines meet expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Operations Retail E-Commerce Creative and Customer Service teams to ensure products are launched successfully stocked appropriately and continuously improved based on customer feedback and business performance.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in product development merchandising buying sourcing or a related retail/e-commerce role
Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing product development timelines
Highly organised and able to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously
Strong communication negotiation and project management skills
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good team player self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects
Working hours:
Mon to Fri ; 8:30am to 5:30pm
