If you are a Product Engineer professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in supporting high-reliability process control products. You will contribute to engineering maintenance product performance and continuous improvement while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative high-quality solutions that meet customer and business needs.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Maintain ownership of engineering documentation and product configurations including bills of materials specifications and part number setup aligned with internal and external standards
Partner with Manufacturing to achieve target yield rates quality standards and cost objectives
Identify evaluate and implement opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
Provide technical expertise and product support to global Engineering Manufacturing Sales Marketing and customers
Test troubleshoot and analyze product performance and failures to ensure compliance with specifications
Develop innovative practical solutions that address customer requirements within constraints such as low-power mixed signal design and hazardous environments

You create a plan and outline for various audiences. You encourage open dialogue to discuss alternative perspectives. You engage frontline employees for input and evaluate their best make new connections and build relationships in other areas and teams. You evaluate feedback and make necessary adjustments.

For This Role You Will Need:

Solid knowledge of electronics and strong analytical problem-solving skills to interpret designs specifications standards and product data
Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas that improve product performance and reliability
Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to documentation and data accuracy
Hands-on experience working with electronic test equipment and various through-hole and surface-mount components
Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with mechanical and pneumatic systems

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Engineering degree in Electronic or Electrical discipline with three years or more of experience in electronic/electrical product support.
