Process EngineerJob Responsibilities
- Perform process engineering design and calculations for Oil & Gas and LNG projects.
- Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs).
- Conduct process simulations and prepare heat and material balance calculations.
- Develop review and maintain Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Prepare process equipment datasheets and instrument datasheets.
- Ensure engineering deliverables comply with applicable codes standards project specifications and safety requirements.
- Support technical reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience as a Process Engineer in Oil & Gas and/or LNG projects.
- Experience in process system design process simulations and heat and material balance calculations.
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing PFDs UFDs and P&IDs.
- Familiarity with international engineering codes standards and industry best practices.
- Experience preparing process equipment and instrumentation datasheets.
- Proficiency in process engineering software such as Aspen HYSYS Aspen Plus or equivalent.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
