As a Plant Engineer you are responsible in managing and to administer with technical competence all manufacturing plants equipment & building in Jurong factory meet company operating plans budgets and goals.



A day in the life of a Plant Engineer..

  • Define propose and monitor the Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) plans and objectives in accordance with the Engineering Policy Key Principles and the M&I Activity as outlined in the Nestlé Engineering Excellence (NEE) master document.
  • Maintenance and repair of manufacturing plant & ancillary equipment and building. Milo Plant ( Process and Fill & Pack) Responsible for the smooth operation of manufacturing plants & their ancillary equipment. Institute continuous improvements to existing equipments performance and efficiency.
  • Lead and coordinate the M&I team and maintain competencies motivation and performance to achieve the M&I teams mission and objectives.
  • Propose and implement work processes procedures and technical resources related to the M&I team. Facilitator of TPM PM Pillar
  • Propose and control the M&I budget.
  • Undertake improvement jobs minor and major projects
  • Assist Energy management champion on Energy and Water Saving program
  • Responsible for conducting in-house training (Theory & Practical) for selected employees to be technically competent to carry out their duties.

What will make you successful:

  • Diploma in Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering fields
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Maintenance / Plant engineer
