Job Duties
As Resource officer you will be a key member of the team playing an important role in developing close relationships between management union and employees in building a conducive workplace culture formulate communication strategies and strengthen communication channels between staff and management.
As a team you are expected to exercise proactive management of staff matters related to onboarding and integration of new hires career development programs and supporting our staff to realise their potential.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline relevant HR knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Possess an independent mindset resourceful and self-driven.
- Strong personal presence complemented by excellent communication interpersonal skills capable of building rapport and nurturing positive relationships.
- Demonstrates a passion and empathy to listen and understand staff issues.
