UCTis looking for a talentedSenior Warehouse Managerto join us inSingapore!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for warehouse and logistics strategies and activities for UCAP Singapore.
• Align warehouse and logistics processes to support UCT business growth.
• Work with all sites respective stakeholders to develop and implement Global Best Practices to achieve world class warehouse operations that is in-line with business operations.
• Forward planning of warehouse and logistics operations to meet business operations needs. Ability to develop warehouse operational plans to support business ramps.
• Translate business objectives and drives programs to achieve operational goals that include but not limited to working with 3PL on optimizing warehouse and logistics efficiency.
• Support/manage global contracts on logistics and shipping services.
• Support and provide solutions to warehouse and logistics operation issues.
• Drive for continuous improvement.
• Responsible to train and develop the next level successor.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• At least 10 years demonstrated experience in Warehouse and Logistics operations in manufacturing environment for Diploma or Degree holder

Experience Requirement:

• At least 10 years relevant experience in Warehouse operations in manufacturing environment
• Being in a managerial/supervisory role for minimum 6 years in the relevant industry.
• Good leadership skills with a strong analytical skills
• Critical thinking skills: He/she must be able to come up with revolutionary ideas for the companys growth
