Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the business needs by assisting to analyse current processes and supporting to identify pain points and improvement opportunities

• Conduct desk analysis and gather data points to support in the decision process

• Learn on different techniques to gather user feedbacks to adapt and adjust on proposed solutions

• Learn to liaise and manage stakeholders from various departments and functional teams

• Assist to create support materials (E.g. user guide/ standard operating procedures)

• Assistto build andmaintainAI-powered tools to support day-to-day business tasks ensuring quality and relevance to end user needs
