Node Support Engineer

Were laying rails for new capital flows running autonomous agent systems and building the foundation institutions need to actually adopt Web3 and AI.

GetBlock has been building since Q4 2019. We started with two BSC full nodes. Today were a top 5 Web3 infrastructure platform and were not coasting. Our mission is to keep pushing: deeper network coverage faster performance and new products that move the blockchain world forward. Were looking for a Technical Support / Node Support Engineer to join a small strong team. Youll work hands-on with customer nodes and platform infrastructure: troubleshooting real technical cases helping users find solutions keeping services stable and investigating complex incidents together with the SRE team. Your work will directly impact the reliability of a platform used daily by thousands of developers worldwide.

• Handle technical tickets from the customer support team: diagnose issues resolve them independently and escalate complex cases to the SRE team.
• Administer existing nodes: version upgrades resource allocation full resyncs when needed configuration tuning and optimization.
• Prepare and write configurations for launching new nodes.
• Provision and decommission nodes for customers.
• Monitor service health: node sync status version currency server and overall infrastructure state.

• Strong communication skills: the ability to explain technical issues clearly analyze problems and propose solutions.
• Understanding of how web applications work and how to interact with them via APIs.
• Hands-on Linux experience: terminal work remote access via SSH resource monitoring (CPU RAM disk space).
• Experience with Linux system processes and logs.
• Knowledge of Bash Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with orchestration systems (Nomad or Kubernetes).
• Understanding of version control systems (GitLab GitHub).
• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix Grafana).

• Experience with Git Docker Ansible.
• Knowledge of and the HashiCorp ecosystem.
• Experience with Prometheus.
• Experience with API clients (Postman / Insomnia).

Shift schedule 2/2 (two days on two days off) 12-hour shifts: night or day shifts.
