About the Role:

  • Oversee daily M&E operations (HVAC electrical plumbing fire protection lifts BMS) and ensure all maintenance is carried out according to schedules SOPs and safety standards.

  • Lead and manage managers/engineers including recruitment and performance and oversee contractors and vendors for outsourced services.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients attend meetings and provide regular reports on operations performance and improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations through audits and inspections manage incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Manage budgets contracts and procurement while driving cost optimisation asset management and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (building services/facilities preferred) with 710 years of M&E facilities management experience including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.

  • Strong expertise in M&E systems and local codes/standards (e.g. Fire Code WSH) with good leadership communication budgeting and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CMMS/CAFM systems with the ability to travel across sites and respond to emergencies when required.
