What You Will Do

• Manage purchase orders for new overhaul exchange and repair parts to support timely and continuous material flow for engine production.

• Track material availability shortages supplier commitments and delivery status and follow up with vendors on outstanding orders.

• Maintain accurate and timely material shortage information.

• Identify material constraints and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on appropriate material solutions to support production requirements.

• Support supplier performance reviews and follow up on actions relating to cost quality delivery and service performance.

• Support timely material fulfillment and inventory control through active WIP management and monitoring of aging finished goods and WIP.

• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve defective parts and other material-related issues.

• Reconcile invoice discrepancies with vendors Accounts Payable and relevant internal stakeholders.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to improve procurement processes material flow and inventory control.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration Supply Chain Operations Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 12 years of relevant procurement supply chain or materials management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in purchase order management supplier coordination material planning or inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A team player with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word PowerPoint and Power BI.
